Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

8. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
