Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details.

If an incorrect address, phone number, or postal code is provided, delivery may fail or be delayed. Any additional charges for re-delivery may be applicable.


8. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


9. Damaged Package During Delivery

If the package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please:
