At Evernuts, operated by Dinesh Impex, we are committed to delivering premium quality dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and spices. Every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch.

However, if you face an issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an expired product
  • You received a wrong product
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Returns based on taste preference, personal dislike, or minor natural variations will not be accepted.


2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues

Any issue with the product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

3. Proof Requirement

To process a return or replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Batch number (visible on the packaging)
  • Description of the issue

This helps our quality team verify the issue and provide a quick resolution.


4. Conditions for Returns

For a return to be approved:

  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The brand packaging and seal must be intact
  • The product must not be consumed or tampered with

Products that are opened, partially consumed, or damaged after delivery due to improper handling may not be eligible for return.


5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product opened or partially consumed
  • Taste preference or personal dislike
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Minor natural variations in size, color, or texture of dry fruits
  • Requests raised after the allowed reporting period

As dry fruits and spices are natural agricultural products, slight variations may occur and do not qualify as defects.


6. Replacement Policy

If the issue is verified by our team, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product, subject to availability

or

  • Refund, as deemed appropriate by our support team.

7. Refund Process

Once the return is approved:

Online Payments

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Customers may be requested to provide bank account details to process the refund.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


9. Delivery Issues

Evernuts will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailability at delivery location
  • Courier partner delays beyond our control

Any additional redelivery charges due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
